[imp] Attachment Issues

I just tried sending a message out thru IMP with an Attachment. It came back 
with an error saying that it 'couldn't attach the file. maybe it's too big 
(2M)' or something along those lines. The file was only 81k so it is WAY below 
2M. :)

Any ideas why it would do this?

Also - Is there a way to bring up the address book AFTER you start composing a 
message so you can add or change addresses?
