I personally think, popup windows should only be used where necessary, and 
I don't think they're necessary here.

I'd add a 'Reply to List' link (perhaps even as a replacement for 
the 'Reply to all' link) to the action bar if there are List- headers in 
the message.

Then we could add a 'Show all headers' link either to the first or the last 
row in the header part of the message view, right aligned, that will reload 
the message view and expand the header part to show all message headers. 
Perhaps without the Received: lines. I always wanted something like this to 
get the users mail client for example without having to read the message 
source.
