Hi Tilo,

I saw this when I made my first tests with a 3.1 version of IMP.
I found in the mailing list archives that this version needs
a PHP version >= 4.1. We just managed to install the PHP rpms from the 
recently released Redhat 7.3 Linux into our Redhat 7.2 system and now it 
works again.
