[imp] IMP 3.1 final?

Currently running IMP 2.x in production, but it's time to upgrade.
Have installed and tested:

IMP 3.1 RC2
horde-2.1-RC2
pear-4.1.0
php-4.2.0
turba-1.1-RC2

Anyone have knowledge of (about) when these products will be finalized,
so I can begin planning for the cut-over?
