If you are using different MUAs using _different_ sets of assumptions, then
there is no way to make things consistent. The whole concept of a Trash
folder doesn't make sense with IMAP, and every attempt to support leads to
more and more inconsistencies and problems, which is why I didn't want to
do it in the first place.
