[imp] Option of mnemo 1.0 and 2.0 cannot work with horde 2.1

Horde: 2.1-cvs 
IMP: 3.1-cvs (run IMP tests) 
Turba: 1.1-cvs 
Kronolith: 1.0-cvs 
Nag: 1.0-cvs 
Mnemo: 1.0-cvs 

In option of mnemo, it didn't show language and display setting in option.
Why?
