Thanks Michael,

OK, so last login won't work for RC3 due to the change in the notification
system.

Will it work for 3.1 ? I really think it should, as it a a very popular
feature. It worked in RC1 so even if it means going back to the old way
of doing notification within sessions, then maybe thats the way to go.
At least for 3.1 release.

Whats the latest version with this working in it?
Which should I get HEAD, RELENG_3 or another branch?
I really don't want to revert to RC1!
