I have recently noticed a link to Gollem:

Is this project still in the works? 

I am trying to provide an online drive for our students that allows them to 
access their files from anywhere using a web browser (something like 
xdrive.com). Gollem seems to be a good solution for us.

Is anyone aware of any open source or commercial packages that can do 
something like this?
