[imp] RC3 Cant send mail

Redhat 7.3, PHP 4.1.2, Horde 2.1, IMP 3.1
For some reason when I compose a new message and then click on send, it =
just seems to refresh the compose form without actually sending the =
email, and all the details I entered into the conpose form are lost.
I ca't find any problems in the logs (set to DEBUG level).
php.ini has the following line in it:
safe_mode =3D Off
And I can send an email from command line using the following command:
echo testing | /usr/lib/sendmail listhorde@comtek.co.nz
Has anyone got any ideas?
