Not that I know of. It would be great if you could share a Catalan
translation with us.

You'll find all necessary steps to create a new translation in po/README.
But I encourage you to download Horde 2.1 RC3 and IMP 3.1 RC3 because we'll
soon have a new set of releases and your translations might be outdated then.
