[imp] IMP 3.0

Guys - 

I am configuring IMP 3.0 on a RedHat 7.2 server. I have checked the
/horde/test.php and when I try to login to imp I get this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/var/www/html/horde/lib/Registry.php on line 574

I have also tried using IMP 3.1 RC3 and I get the same error but the line
referenced is line 590. I am using MySQL 3.23 and have created the database
using mysql < mysql_create.sql.

If anyone can give me a hand I would appreciate it.
