[imp] IMP / Horde trying to log in to HTTP when HTTPS specified

Hey guys -

this is with HEAD from this morning...

In horde/config/horde.con, I specified

   $_conf['use_ssl']=1

and it's looking for /horde/login.php on the insecure interface when I try
to log into IMP.  I disabled my alternate_login page, and it's still
sending me to http instead of https..
