[imp] feature request (filters: match all fields / match any field)

Is it possiblet to define rule matching type
"and" / "or"
match all field / match any field

example:

If
  To: ispman-cvs@lists.sf.net
   and
  From: aghaffar@developer.ch
FileInto: lists.ispman.cvs

This way I can file in all my cvs commits but still get commits from 
other people in my INBOX


Anyone else interested in this?
