[imp] Install query

Hi

I'm new to imp and horde basically I have been trying to install horder 
and imp for the past two days and have had no luck.

I'v configured what I believe needs to be configured in the config 
directory of each respective application. However when I view either 
horde or imp through the browser I simply get blank pages. When I do a 
view source I get the following:

<html><body></body></html>

I am using the following:

horde-2.1
imp-3.1
turba-1.1

I would be really grateful for some help
