[imp] text/enriched Viewer

Just an FYI, the text/enriched MIME viewer still needs some work. The 
default mime type for messages send with our email client is 
text/enriched, and they are still showing as enclosures. Clicking on the 
enclosure gives and error on line 77 of view.php. Viewing the message 
source works fine.

I'll be trying to figure out what the viewer's doing wrong, but if 
anyone (Hint Hint, Eric) wants more examples of text/enriched messages 
that arn't working, just let me know.
