[imp] little pb with patch imp 3.0 to 3.1 & horde 2.0 to 2.1

Hi all,

Sure I'm a stupid guy but... I encountered some problems to make update from
Horde 2.0 to 2.1 & Imp 3.0 to 3.1 by patches :(

Firstable I saw that we need to rename our horde & imp directories in horde-2.0
and imp-3.0 ??? that's right ?

After that, I tried to apply :
# cd /var/www/html/horde-2.0
# patch -p0 < patch-horde-2.0-2.1


and 
# cd imp-3.0
# patch -p0 < patch-imp-3.0-3.1

but it give me a lot of error messages looking like below :
...
patching file imp-3.0/templates/mailbox/legend.inc
Unreversed patch detected!  Ignore -R? [n]
Apply anyway? [n]
Skipping patch.
1 out of 1 hunk ignored -- saving rejects to file
imp-3.0/templates/mailbox/legend.inc.rej
...

for the both programs !
And nothing was updated !!!

So... what wrong I did ?
