[imp] IMP 3.1-FINAL: INBOX always empty (using POP3 server)

Perhaps those 2 are deleted, unread messages, and you have "Hide Deleted"
set?  (This is a FAQ at our site, for this reason.)  If so, try clicking
"Show Deleted".
