[imp] IMP 3.1 / Courier and namespace.

I can not for the life of me see anything other then my inbox (folder list is blank). And the only thing i can think of is that all my folders actually reside "outside" the inbox, as in below. Now, what do i need to config to get this working? Or must(should?) i move my folder tree to "inside the INBOX" or something?  I feel lost.. and i realize that things have changed since IMP1.X :)
