[imp] Attachment interface confusing to users

Agreed.  I set the screen resolution down to 640x480 on a Windows
machine and looked at it with IE 5.5, and everything takes up an
incredible amount of space at that resolution. =(  The flipside is my
monitor at work, which I run in 1920x1440 and therefore have more than
enough room to spare. =)  But like the user that complained, high
resolution makes the attachments button seem to not work... =(  Maybe
just remove the button then and leave the attachments section at the
bottom the way it is? *ponder* Hrmmm....

How do you handle it with the pop-up address book and special characters
windows, or for that matter, the pop-up compose window itself?
