You haven't provided enough information to help (such as versions of horde
and imp, authentication setup, etc)

Check your log files (web server logs and syslog or system logs) for any
errors.  Also check the horde/test.php and horde/imp/test.php pages to
see if they point out any errors.  Otherwise it is likely a problem with
your configuration files.  It could also be the protocol string -- you
may need to add /notls, /ssl, or /novalidate-cert in
horde/imp/config/servers.php as discussed in that file.
