I'm having well quite a stubborn error where it says every time i login,

Can someone explain to me how i can fix this?

I'm sure it's in the list, but I have PHP working, i can just hit F5 to 
refresh IE and it works... But that is kinda stubborn, i know i did fix 
this awhile ago... But i forget how,

from the CVS which isnt exactly stable, but honestly it works 999999999x 
better

and this is the horde's version string

Is there a simple way to get it to stop bitching?
