[imp] password lockout

Pardon my vagueness, indeed, I wonder if it's possible to inform the user
about a lockout.
I'm not sure what exchange returns in that case (I can't find it in the
exchange source ;) )

It's not really a big deal, just a thought.

That sounds like something that should be handled by the mail server.
Are you suggesting we provide a more appropriate error message in the
case of a lockout?  Does Exchange return such an error in a standard
way?
