This question is not really clear to me.  I don't use sql but don't recall
the mailbox table being used by horde/imp but I could be wrong.

The horde.schema can be found in horde/scripts/ldap but I get the idea 
that your question is about either smtp/pop3/imap or another external app.
If this is true you should probably check the program docs and/or mailing lists.
