[imp] Imp 3.1: help in a wrong language

It seems that with horde 2.1 and imp 3.1 and url-based sessions, help is 
not displayed in the language user has selected, but in the browser 
language (from the http headers). The url in the popup window 
is .../help.php?module=imp&show=topics, and (manually) adding &Horde=
(session_id) to the url displays it in the correct language.

Unfortunately, I don't understand the help system well enough to create a 
fix. Help, anyone? (pun unintented..)
