[imp] Imp not authenticating after upgrade

We upgraded our server from Redhat 7.2 to Redhat 7.3 and now Imp won't =
authenticate. We linked the pear folder to the php folder in the share =
directory, and we had a problem with the apache group. It seems our =
group file was not correct, or somehow was changed during the upgrade.
I know this is a problem that is probably beyond help, but, we have a =
few days decide whether or not to entirely format and reinstall, so we =
decided to take a chance on there being some simple solution.
