[imp] Color Preferences

Has anyone thought about implementing an option in horde/imp that let
the user select from a variety of color themes? Am I correct in assuming
that it could be implemented fairly easily by:
Creating a "themes" folder in each horde app, and moving the html.php
page into that directory, naming the file themename.php. This would
enable horde admins to drop any number of themes into this folder in
each horde app.
I.e. to add a tigertheme, the admin drops the tigertheme.php file into
each of the horde apps' themes directory.
The only other changes that are then necessary would be to add on
options page that searched though the themes directory for all available
themes and let the user select the theme of their choice and change
horde apps to include the appropriate themename.php file instead of
html.php
For kicks, one could also create an array of domain/"default pref"s in
one of the horde config files, thereby enabling the admin to set the
default theme for each virtual domain.
Likewise a config option could allow/disallow users from having the
option of changing their theme.
Has anybody been working on this type of thing? If not I might go ahead
and implement it.
