[imp] Attachment Failure

I get the following error msg:

Whenever I try to attach an attachment.

My file stamp on compose.php is:

imp/compose.php,v 2.521 2002/07/06 21:57:23

I have confirmed that I do not have a Extended.php file in my current or previous version.
