Ah, good.  That means my installation isn't broken :)  The help button 
that leads to a mostly empty help window with a "list help topics" link 
that reloads an empty help window is a bit misleading, which is why I'd 
assumed something must be wrong with my installation.  None of my testers 
caught this, but I just know some user is going to eventually report this 
as a problem.

Is there as much traffic there as here?
