[imp] PGP

I have been watching the list about the pgp in imp.  I have gpg and
would like to implement it in imp, however I do not see any instructions
for this in the docs for my imp version.  I will list below what I am
running, can someone tell me if my versions will run pgp and if so what
I need to do to make it operable?
