This was never supported code - it is alpha quality, not guaranteed to work 
with any particular version of Horde (1.3.7, I guess, but that's _it_) or 
Turba (no idea if anything works properly). Please try to upgrade to a 
supported release (IMP 3.0/Horde 2.0/Turba 1.0 or IMP 3.1/Horde 2.1/Turba 
1.1) before reporting problems...
