[imp] html e-mail

Hi,
A few days ago I received html e-mail, that both IMP 2.2.8 and IMP 3.1
have incorrect decoded and displayed. I've replaced
imap_qprint() function for converting a quoted-printable string to an 8 bit 
string with quoted_printable_decode() (in getDecodedPart method of IMP 
class) and e-mail was correct displayed.
Bug in imap_qprint function was reported to php mailing list.
