PGP support is still evolving in IMP.  There is help documentation for most 
of the PGP functions - just click the help icon.  There is no special 
installation required outside of what is mentioned in the INSTALL docs 
(Horde and IMP).

Your best bet for additional documentation is searching the mail archives.
