[imp] getCharset function and umlauts

Do you remember, I am having problems seeing umlaut characters in the body window.

I have tried to investigate a little.

In the imp/lib/plain.php file, I echoed the $charset var which takes its value from the getCharset($mime) function.

The result is allways us-ascii. 

If I replace the return value from the getCharset function to iso9660, I can see my waited umlauts.

Hope this can help to catch the problem behind this nice problem...
