[imp] Script errors in summaryscreen

Regarding HEAD:

Still having problems with script errors in the summaryscreen. This occurs when 
using the new mail notification. The problems occur with both 
imp/templates/folders/alert.inc and imp/templates/folders/confirm.inc. 
With alert.inc you get the error: undefined variable $alert
with confirm.inc you get the error: undefined variable $mailbox_message
