[imp] Funky things w/HTML and New Folder option

Hi All,
 I haven't really had much time to investigate but here is what I'm seeing so 
far. When in the Message view the drop down box "This message to" is in bold, 
it is only in bold when in the Message view. Strangely enough it's not in bold 
when the INBOX icon [top left] is surrounded by a frame, which happens when in 
the main INBOX view.
  It sounds really strange so I'm attaching some really small screen captures.
