[imp] IMP on Redhat 7.3

Make sure you've allowed imap connections in your tcp_wrappers setup.
Also try using the protocol "imap/notls" instead of "imap" in your
horde/imp/config/servers.php file.  Those are the two most common
problems with RH 7.3 setups.
