No, when I rebuilt the filter ui, I changed the behaviour so that the
blacklist filters were applied before the other filters. And that makes the
most sense to me. If you don't want to delete all mails from a certain
address but only under certain circumstances, you won't use a blacklist
filter but a fancier filter rule.
