[imp] Application Bar

Hi,

I've currently got myself a problem that im hoping somebody out there
can help me with.
For some reason after my last php upgrade from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2 the
application bar down the bottom
of the screen in horde has dissapeared.

I would appreciate anybody who may have had the same problem, or know
why / how I can fix this problem coming forward.

I wouldn't normally worry about such things, but the main menu in imp
is becoming to cluttered with applications that I would like to run.

I've included the current versions of the horde apps i'm currently
running below.
