[imp] Content Filtering in IMP

To anyone who could help with this - I would be grateful if you could give me 
some indication of where the "turn on switch" is for content filtering. I've 
just implemented the newest version of IMP for the college I work at and we 
require content filtering (turning bad language into *'s)
I've found the bad language list however I've trauled through the config files 
and can't find anything other that one line which say's "if you've turned 
content filtering on tell this variable where the file is". The file is set to 
the right location.

any clues?
