[imp] we only see 6 or 7 messages ... !

There's something odd about our installation of horde & imp.

If we use squirrelmail or Netscape Messenger Express or even horde's 
demo IMP site, we see all our messages (for me, that's about 340 
messages).

If we use our installation of horde/imp, we see only 6 or 7 messages 
(no matter who logs in).

How could this be? I set the settings exactly to the same one as the 
demo horde site.

My gut feeling is that it has something to do with mysql, but am not sure what.

Here's what we're running:
OS X Server
Horde 2.1
IMP 3.1
PHP 4.2.1
MySQL 3.23.49

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
