[imp] Bug in mail-sending routine

This is apparently just a config issue which should maybe be changed in
horde.php.dist.
$conf['mailer']['params'] = array('sendmail_args' => '-oi');
will fix it assuming you're using $conf['mailer']['type'] = 'sendmail';
