[imp] imp:php.ini attachemnt issues

I modified the php.ini files section to allow max uploads of up to 5mb.  But 
now when I try to attach a file in IMP 3.1 I get a dns error or cant find 
server internet explorer message.  If I set it back to two i get the normal imp 
message that say the attachment is larget than the allowed limit.  From reading 
through the archives the documentation appears to say just modify the line in 
the /etc/php.ini file from 2M to 5M.  Is there a horde setting as well?
