[imp] Session has expired

Hello,

We are attempting to run IMP 3.1.

Everything is setup and running, but when I first attempt to login, it says the
session expired.. I login a 2nd time, and it's successful and everything works.

Does anyone know whats causing the "session has expired" error on the 1st
attempt to login?

It was working fine when we were using php compiled into apache.
Now we are using php as cgi and we are recieving the "session has expired" errors.

(we are trying to use php as cgi, because when we were using it as a
module,apache would segfault)
