[imp] Configurable "high-priority" strings to look for when classifying mail

How do I get IMP (latest stable) to recognize various X-Priority flags
in messages and show them in their appropriate color/style? I have a
message written in theBat (Win32 e-mail client) with:

  X-Priority: 2 (High)

I also have some messages written in Outlook with:

  Importance: high
  X-Priority: 1

Also, it'd be nice to get support for Outlook's (and others'?) sensitivity
flag:

  Sensitivity: Personal
  (Private and Confidential are two other settings)
