[imp] There are no messages in this mailbox

Hi, 

 I have a problem with Horde/IMP ....

 I have install Apache 1.3.26, PHP 4.2.2, Horde 2.1
and IMP 3.1. 
 IMP aways show: "There are no messages in this
mailbox" message. INBOX is empty ....

 What is the problem?
