[imp] prefs.php settings not quite logical

I do not want to allow the users to change their fullname, their reply-to
address, nor their from address.
So I set this through another configuration script. I have checked the
syntax and it is identical to what IMP itself creates if I enable the
configuration options and then save them (identities).
If I set these items (in prefs.php) to locked=true, and then go to compose
a new message I get 'From: foodoo00@mydomain.com'.
If I set these items (in prefs.php) to locked=false, and then go to compose
a new message I get 'From: 'Foo Doo" <foo.doo@mydomain.com>'.
So setting the items to locked seems to do a lot more than to prevent the
user from changing them. I have not yet ventured down the hooks-path, which
I will do right now.

Yes, fortunately, connecting to the customer's LDAP-server to complete the
from name and from address fields solved the problem. But I don't think
this should be required since the information _is_ available in the
horde_prefs table.
