[imp] imp login problem

I don't know what happened but my IMP suddenly doesn't accept login.
This happen when my apache halted without any reason, and when I
restarted it, I can't login to IMP anymore, it says password problem or
something.Also I can't browse my phorum page, it says "redirection limit
for this URL exceeded". Does it have something to do with PHP
vulnerability?
