The FAQ link I sent you would be the way to actually change the welcome
message. But what this person was trying to tell you was, if you change
the "name" field in the "horde" stanza in registry.php, then the name
will change in the welcome message. What they are not telling you is that
it will also change several other places.

So if you only want to change the welcome message, see the FAQ. If you
want to change anywhere the program calls itself "Horde" to another name,
you can change registry.php.

This is an FAQ that is all over the mailing list archives if you want more
info.

"TAD (Technology Attachment Disorder) is an unshakable, impractical devotion
to a brand, platform, product line, or programming language. It's relatively
harmless among the rank and file, but when management is afflicted the damage
can be measured in dollars. It's also contagious -- someone with sufficient
political clout can infect an entire organization."
