I suggest you start reading the INSTALL documentation under the doc
directory of your downloaded file.

And then if you have further questions that are not answered there or in
the faqs on www.horde.org or the mailing lists, then come back to this list
and ask again, but include details of your system, your O/S, and all
associated software that you are running.

Be aware of course that you have to have certain rights to access the
server beyond web browrsing, and that if GWDHOSTING does all the software
installations etc, (not allowing their users to do so) then they will
probably have to do the upgrade.
