[imp] garbage in the compose window

Liam:

I checked out horde/config/horde.php, and noticed from the comments
that "compress_pages" is only valid if the php zlib extension is loaded. I was
not loading it, so I enabled the extension, restarted apache, and tried
again... same result (garbage in the compose window). I then
changed "compress_pages" to false, and that caused *every* window to display
incorrectly (so "compress_pages" went back to "true").

What bugs me is that this was working like a champ up until recently. I may
just have to reinstall. Ugh.
